Welcome to Aonang Yoga

We offer a systematic approach to yoga that is flexible and suits your individual needs.
The practice integrates the use of postures (Asana), breathing (Pranayama), relaxation (Shavasana), meditation (Dhana) to relieve pain, prevent injuries, and promote a general well-being.
Yoga practice develops the whole person, "not just the physical self", and as such, there is a strong emphasis
on awareness and control in all of our classes. The incorporation of mind and body helps to lower both physical and mental stress.
Yoga is a unique, restorative, and uplifting form of exercise for the body and mind, which can be practiced by anyone, regardless of age, strength, or flexibility. During our yoga classes we work through a variety of postures in order to strengthen and tone the muscles, improve the posture, and provide an overall workout for the body.

At Aonang Yoga, all classes are in English & Thai and include Breathing Exercises, Mantra and Meditation.
If possible, please make a booking at least 1 day in advance.
Please do not eat 2 - 3 hours before your class and hydrate yourself by plenty of water, before and after class.
